Earn Your Reward: Receive your reward within 30 days of the referral’s completion.

Cash Reward: Earn £200 for every successful referral.
Bonus Rewards: Refer 3 landlords or more, and we’ll increase your reward to £300 per referral.

There is no limit to the number of landlords you can refer.
The scheme is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
Bank account details are required for payout, with payment made within 30 days.
The tenancy must be new, not a renewal or extension of an existing one.
